What inspired you to build a brand around healing and wellness jewellery? What led to the creation of Urja?

URJA was born out of our desire to create jewellery that is not just a fashion statement but also a source of energy, balance, and positivity. While Zariin celebrates timeless style, we recognized a gap in the market for research-based crystal jewellery that is both meaningful and beautifully designed. Most crystal  jewellery available lacked aesthetic appeal or the depth of being studied and recommended by healers and wellness practitioners. We wanted to change that by combining the power of crystals with thoughtful, fashionable designs.

We also wanted to challenge the notion that wellness jewellery are boring or aesthetically bland. With URJA, every piece is designed to blend seamlessly into daily life, offering both elegance and purpose. The pandemic further highlighted the importance of holistic wellness and self-care, inspiring us to create jewels that help people connect with their inner selves while looking and feeling their best.
