Returns and Exchange

Urja crafts and creates products lovingly with hand and each finished jewel goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards unmatched in the industry at each level of our organisation. If there’s a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.

The Return Process

  1. Item/s can be returned within three (3) days of receiving them. 
  2. If the item received is damaged or defective, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving them, along with pictures/ video of the damaged item. Please mention the Order ID. Email at orders@urjabyzariin.com
  3.  Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
  4. The item should be in new or unused condition, without any scratches, or signs of being used, in its original box/ packaging along with the invoice.
  5. Our customer service team will arrange a return shipment for you. Please note that the returns will be picked up from the original delivery address. 
  6. Our team can process the returns in one of the following ways: replacement of the same product/ credit note equivalent to the net amount  paid for returned item. 
  7. Credit note is added to your account, which you can use towards any future purchase. There is no expiration date for the credit note. There will be no refunds. 
  8. Items purchased online cannot be returned in our physical stores and vice versa. 
  9. There will be no return/exchange/replacement on customised orders.
  10.  In case you have purchased an Urja product from anywhere other than the urjabyzariin.com.com Website, the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply. Vice versa, the Return policies on urjabyzariin.com.com apply ONLY to the products purchased from urjabyzariin.com.com Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non refundable in case of returns

No request for return or exchange or credit note for the same shall be approved beyond 3 days of delivery. Urja will try its best to expedite the repair/ replacement process. However, the whole process from pick up to delivery of the replacement item can take up to 21 days.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
